1995
Founding of the company TEKA on April 1, 1995 by the current managing directors Jürgen Kemper and Erwin Telöken. At first, the company is based on a farm in Gescher, Westphalia.

Move to a 6000 square meter property in Velen/Westphalia
Entry into the Dutch market

Purchase of a 20.000 square meter property located at Industriestraße in Velen as site for production, warehouse and administration

In May, construction begin of another office and warehouse building on the company’s premises; the departments of the technology center also move in in September
First BGIA-certification worldwide of a central filter unit (type FILTERCUBE 2N-4H) according to international standards

TEKA is finalist of the award for small and medium-sized businesses (“Großer Preis des Mittelstandes”), conferred by the „Oskar-Patzelt-Foundation“

Opening of an external training centre for technical seminars as well as product trainings and presentations in nearby Borken-Weseke. Besides two training rooms, all mobile and central TEKA standard units are presented in the centre.

TEKA receives the award for small and medium-sized businesses (Großer Preis des Mittelstandes) of the Oskar-Patzelt-Foundation.
 
 
2010
TEKA expands its AIRTECH series by the central extraction unit BlowTec.
 
 
2011
TEKA participates in the research project "Intelligent monitoring filters". Project partners include Electronic Design Chemnitz, Turck duotec and X-Fab Semiconductor Foundries. The project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
 
 
2012
New subsidiary in Austria
TEKA starts a cross-company training initiative
